Is the CiQ Program for me?

The Cultural Intelligence Program provides a deep understanding of First Nations peoples in Australia and is aimed at employees across the organistation from front line to c-suite.

What can this program offer that I cannot get with other cultural training?

The CiQ Program is offers more than cultural awareness. The program has been developed by Cara and Adele Peek to provide a pathway for individuals, teams, leaders and organisations to develop indepth and actionable understanding of First Nations peoples in Australia. It goes beyond sharing information about First Nations history to create behavioural change.  

How is the program delivered?

CiQ program is delivered via the LearnWorlds platform. The program includes 4 modules, with a total of 24 learning sessions. Participants are provided with detailed worksheets and additional resources to support the development of their cultural intelligence.
